Who We Are
Founder/president
Greg Hannoosh
Greg, a graduate of St. Michael’s College (Winooski, VT), has over 35 years experience in advertising and marketing. Prior to founding Next Step Communications Inc. in 1996, he served as Director of Marketing Communications for Dynisco, Inc. and KONA Corporation. As President of Next Step, Greg manages day-to-day operations and client relationships and guides marketing program strategy to ensure all deliverables exceed expectations. He is a member of the Plastics Pioneers Association (inducted 2016) and a member of the Society of Plastics Engineers. Greg is based out of his office in Kittery Point, Maine.

Mark Malloy
Mark joined Next Step as a Partner and equity stake holder in April 2021. In this role he pursues new client opportunities and assists in the management of all Next Step accounts. Mark has spent his entire career in the plastics industry, and most recently was Business Development Director and part of the original investor group for Plastics Machinery Magazine. He earned his Business Management degree from Barat College (Lake Forest, IL) and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. Mark works for Next Step from his home office in the northern suburbs of Chicago (Grayslake, IL).

Diana Hannoosh
Diana joined Next Step in 2018 after retiring from teaching Middle School Science for more than 20 years. As the Vice President of Miscellaneous Stuff she supports the day-to-day operations of the agency, handling a variety of diverse tasks including email marketing, website development and support, and client billing. Diana earned her BS in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University and an M.Ed. from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell. She works at Next Step’s home office in Kittery Point, Maine.
