Greg Hannoosh, Founder and President, has announced he is retiring, effective April 30, 2025.  Mark Malloy, Hannoosh’s business partner since 2021, will succeed Hannoosh as President and will assume ownership of Next Step. Next Step is also pleased to announce that Geoff Giordano is joining the agency as Chief Content Officer, effective May 1, 2025.
